Wayne Wilcox is a retired American Marine infantry officer
and reserve Special Forces officer. He became a Special Agent with the Diplomatic Security Service, serving domestically and overseas, including tours in Beijing and Sarajevo.
Wayne first contacted Mark Synnott with reliable information about the 1975 Chinese Mount Everest expedition via a high ranking British diplomat who learned that in 1975 the Chinese found the body of Sandy Irvine at altitude, during which time they had also discovered the camera that Mallory & Irvine are said to have been carrying on the fateful day of their disappearance on 8 June 1924.
