I have reached out to the Associated Press on multiple occasions for permission to use this material. Having heard nothing back I posted this video with full disclosure that I am not the owner of said video and in no way would anyone watching this video come to the conclusion that this is a replacement for it.
The video you are about to watch is in no way attempting to be a market substitute for the original material. No one would watch one thinking it's the other. Given that this video is essentially critical commentary of the press conference that is owned, as stated, by Associated Press, no one would ever watch this video and come to the conclusion that it is a market substitute for the original material of that press conference.
On another note, I reached out directly to the Associated Press on multiple occasions asking for permission to use this footage in the exact manner that I've done here. I have not heard anything back, and came to the conclusion that no one was interested in claiming ownership of the material. I of course still gave credit to the owner and kept the 'AP' logo up on the screen at all times.
