Insecure attachment is a symptom, in my opinion, of a much deeper problem that presents in a myriad of ways in your day-to-day life - And by diving into healing our childhood wounds and letting go of the patterns that are no longer serving us, we can find a sense of confidence and calm within ourselves that will not only lead to us becoming more securely attached in our relationships but can also lead to us having more opportunity and peace in our day to day lives!
