scm balestrini pico tn - the exclusive tenoning machine with double worktable

Balestrini pico tn is the CNC tenoning machine dedicated to the execution of any type of tenons: horizontal, vertical, angled, straight or rounded.
The machine structure with two cast-iron worktables guarantees high productivity. The worktables set-up is easy, thanks to the presence of adjustable handles. It is possible to settle manually the rotation of the work-piece support guide and the tilting of each worktable.
The 4,5 kW tenoning unit enables to produce tenons with a reduced number of passes. The tenoning depth is adjusted in the parking area, which is also used for tool maintenance.
Thanks to the "Infinity" work cycle that uses the interpolation of the two NC axes, it is possible to execute pendulum machining without interruption, depending on the presence of the work-piece on the worktable.
The 10” touchscreen PC Panel allows using the Maestro active joint software. The new Human-Machine Interface, with an extremely simple and effective graphic, enables to select numerous macros for straight or round end tenons programming.
