Live Starfish and Stonefish in a street market in Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong, 14 February 2021

Starfish and Stone fish are relatively rare items to be seen sold in a street market in Hong Kong, although dried starfish are sometimes seen in shops.  Stone fish have highly venomous spines, but the toxin breaks down when they are cooked.  This street market is in Shau Kei Wan.  The video was shot on the second day of Chinese New Year, which was also Valentine’s Day.
