Welcome to Day 2 of the Rise & Shine Yoga Challenge! ☀️

This quick standing practice will leave you feeling grounded and energized to begin your day! The class begins in mountain pose with standing cat/cow movements and half sun salutations to wake up the spine. Fire up the legs and core with chair pose, and then stretch the hamstrings with a gentle forward fold.
The main sequence includes warrior II, reverse warrior, extended side angle, reverse triangle, triangle, wide legged forward fold, high lunge, tree pose and standing pigeon.
