Ingredients:
For the Cake
1. 2 1/4 cups (170g) all purpose flour
2. 2 teaspoons baking powder
3. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 5 large eggs
7. 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter softened
8. 1/2 cup (75g) dried raisins
9. 1/2 cup (75g) chopped almonds
10.1/2 cup (120 ml) full cream milk liquid
11.1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar
For the Barfi Glaze
1. 2 cups (250g) full cream milk powder
2. 1/2 cup (65g) icing sugar
3. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
4. About 1/2 cup (120 ml) liquid milk
depending on consistency
5. Pistachios for garnishing

Ingredients:
Pour le gàteau
1. 2 1/4 tase (170g) farine touts usage
2. 2 cuiller a cafè baking powder
3. 1/2 cuiller a cafè bicarbonate
4. 1/4 cuiller a cafè sel
5. 1 cuiller a cafè essence vanille
6. 5 gros ouef
7. 1 tase (225g) beurre fondue et non salez
8. 1/2 tase (75g) raisins sec
9. 1/2 tase (75g) amande hachè
10. 1/2 tase (120g) lait ecreme
11. 1/4 tase (250g) sucre granules
Pour la glaçage:
1. 2 tase (250g) lait ecreme en poudre
2. 1/2 tase (65g) sucre glace
3. 1/2 cuiller a cafè essence d'amand
4. a peu pres 1/2 tase (120ml) lait liquid ecreme tous depends lors consistanse
5. Pistachios pour garniture
