How to use Lacto Fermented Blueberries

Remember those lacto fermented blueberries from Noma's Guide to Fermentation from last week? Well this week, I made it into a drink: Lacto Fermented Blueberry Mint Lemonade. If you made the blueberries, definitely add this one on your list of fermentation creations to try!

~ RECIPE ~
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 2 TBSP Lacto Fermented Blueberries - Lacto Fermented Blueberries // Noma G...
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 TSP Lemon Zest
- 3 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
- Ice
- Water

Method:
1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add the blueberries, lemon zest, and sugar.
2. Heat until reduced down to a syrup consistency and cool completely.
3. Prepare a glass by crushing the mint leaves.
4. Add in a tablespoon or two of the blueberry syrup
5. Add in the lemon juice
6. Add ice and top with water.
7. Take a sip and enjoy!
