Sweet mushroom recipes for 30
Sweet mushroom recipes for 30 pieces.
Bake in a preheated oven to 325 °F (160 °C) for 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients:
☑️ Flour - 550 g
☑️ Lard - 125 g
☑️ Sugar - 125 g
☑️ Butter - 60 g
☑️ Eggs - 2 pcs
☑️ Sour cream - 60 g
☑️ Baking powder - 1 tsp
☑️ Salt - 1 pinch
☑️ Vanillin - 1 pinch
Decoration:
☑️ Egg white - 1 pc
☑️ Powdered sugar - 200 g
☑️ Poppy seeds - 20 g
☑️ Chocolate - 60 g
☑️ Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Notes:
• Lard is a solid fat rendered from pork fat. It can be found in the baking section of most grocery stores.
• Sour cream is a dairy product similar to yogurt. It can be found in the dairy section of most grocery stores.
• Vanillin is an artificial vanilla flavoring. It can be found in the baking section of most grocery stores.
Tips:
• If you can't find lard, you can substitute it with shortening or vegetable oil.
• If you can't find sour cream, you can substitute it with plain yogurt.
• If you don't have vanillin, you can substitute it with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Additionally:
• Instead of a table egg, you can use a category C1 egg.
• Instead of butter, you can use margarine.
• Baking powder can be replaced with baking soda, slaked with vinegar.
• The amount of salt and vanillin can be adjusted to taste.
For the decoration:
• You can use any type of chocolate you like.
• You can also use other types of sprinkles, such as coloured sprinkles or chocolate chips.
