This is a guide on how to soak dried sea cucumbers.
The key point is to not contaminate the sea cucumbers with any oil. They must be oil free. Remember to change the water daily to get rid of the any impurities (with cold water).
In this video, the sea cucumbers were cooked 4x. However, you can cook it 1-2x more depending on your preference on how soft you like your sea cucumbers. The more times you cook it, the softer/mushier it gets.
