Rasher Style Pork Spare Ribs - Video Recipe

I've made a number of American spare rib videos, but today I'm doing the good ol' Aussie rasher ribs for the first time!  It's a really easy recipe and they taste so good.  Give it a go!

Ingredients:

1.2kg pork belly rasher pork ribs
½ cup golden syrup
¼ cup soy sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbs olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic finely diced
