The Best Pork Ribs Recipe You'll Ever Make!!! You will be addicted!!! 🔥😲| 2 RECIPES
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Braised Pork Ribs)
3.5 lbs baby back ribs (pork ribs)
1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
2 stalks lemongrass
6 cloves garlic
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 & 1/2 cups of hot water (add more if needed)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water)
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (Instant pork adobo)
1 & 1/2 kilogram pork belly (adobo cut)
1 pack 50g adobo sauce mix (Mama Sita's) or any brand
1 & 1/2 cups water
1 can 227g pineapple chunks
