Review: Conn 80A, Victor Cornet from 1954

A great cornet from the 80A line here; tuneable bell, large bore, big sound, easy blow, what's not to like?  :)  One benefit of this cornet is that it is very mouthpiece sensitive. A deep cup can yield a gorgeous dark tone and a shallower cup will get you almost a trumpety sound - very nice options.  The micro-tuner, with its close proximity to the bell flare, is a great option for precise tuning. Well made and long lasting - this is a great cornet!
