Guava cheese | Goan Perade | Goan Sweet | Traditional Goan style | Cooking Addiction.

Goa is also known for many tropical fruits. Guava is one of them and when Guava's are available in plenty there is nothing better thrn preparing Guava Cheese (Goan Perade) out of it. so here is the recipe and technique for Guava cheese.

Ingredients & Quantity

3 Kg of freshly ripe Guava's (Pureed)
2 Kg of Sugar
100 Gms of Rice flour
2 Tbsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee)
Few drops of Food colour (Optional)

Cooking time is almost 1 hour for above recipe.
