Hi guys! Your questions asking about my training and race nutrition have inspired me to have a go at doing one of these YouTube cooking videos. Chef Mo in the house! When I’m away from home on training camps, I like to keep my cooking simple, like this recipe - just some healthy grilled chicken and pasta with fresh tomatoes.
