I made some pasta with
I made some pasta with ground beef, just as tasty as the famous carbonara pasta. Ground beef pasta, so delicious that I couldn't believe it myself. The tomato sauce and pepper sauce used in the pasta really made them the most successful meat pasta.
In the end, I added Cheddar cheese to this meat pasta, and what came out was truly amazing.
And if you're wondering why I called them "a kind of taco pasta"? Well, because that's what they look like, like mini tacos, incredibly flavorful.

Ingredients for taco pasta with ground beef:
- 500 gr shell pasta;
- 500 gr ground beef;
- 200 gr chopped onion;
- 200 gr red pepper paste (kapia, Gras);
- 200 ml tomato juice;
- 1/2 bunch of dill;
- 1/2 bunch of parsley;
- 200 gr Cheddar cheese;
- 1 teaspoon of salt, or to taste;
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar;
- 1 clove of minced garlic;
- hot pepper flakes to taste;
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce;
- 30 ml olive oil;
