Carbonara - Penne Rigate with
Carbonara - Penne Rigate with Sour Cream and Bacon - are so good that I would eat them in the morning, at lunch and in the evening. I hope you like it as much.
Good appetite and cooking!
* Ingredient:
- 300 gr. pasta (Penne Rigate)
- 300 gr. sour cream
- 125 gr. pork bacon cubes
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 150 gr. cheese
- olive oil
- pepper
I DO NOT ADD SALT to this recipe, because both the ham and the cheese contain quite a lot of salt. It comes out exactly the way I want it.
