Legend has it that there's treasure at the bottom of the Sacramento River. The long-lost coins once belonged to captain Jim Cove, a self-proclaimed pirate. His 16th-century style pirate ship sank in the river nearly three decades ago, now divers hope to get their hands on some of the secrets at the bottom of the Sac River.
