An early Thursday morning water rescue has prompted officials to call on locals to heed their warnings with more rain on the way in upcoming days. "Anytime you're around the Sacramento or American rivers, bring a life jacket. It will only help you," said Justin Sylvia, Captain of the Sacramento City Fire Department.
