Many people asked me to upload the strawberry ice cream recipe. Thank you all for waiting. It's a really sweet and soft strawberry ice cream.
I used the easier and simpler ingredients and recipe for strawberry ice cream than the chocolate ice cream. However you want to use fresh milk instead of condensed milk, you can refer to the video of 'Chocolate Ice Cream' but in that case, don't forget to add vanilla extract.
Ingredients :
1. 350g of fresh strawberries
2. 250ml of Whipping cream (unsweetened) 250ml
3. 110ml of Condensed milk (Sweetened)
* Please adjust the amount of sugar depending on your taste and the sweetness of strawberries you use. Sometime I make it without sugar. In that case the strawberry tastes slightly sour after boiling but because I add condensed milk later, I feel it is ok.
