You can make the premium ice cream at home without an ice cream maker. It is very  similar to the famous brand ice cream. It's almost summer now. Please try this homemade high-quality ice cream.  
If you stir it every 2 hours (3 or 4 times) when it is frozen, you can even get the texture of the premium ice cream.

Ingredients :
1. 2.5 tablespoons of instant coffee (6.4 g)
  * Decaff coffee is used in the video.
2. 3 egg yolks
3. 300 ml of milk
4. 100 g of sugar
5. 250 ml of Sweetened whipping cream
  *If you are using sugar-free whipping cream, add 2 to 3 tablespoons more of sugar when boiling milk
6. 60 g of chocolate (optional)
