Fermented zucchini is way less gross than you think

As part of the #HomegrownYear I have zucchini. A lot of zucchini. I have tried to eat it in every possible way, but I was shocked that I actually really enjoy it fermented. After some trial and error we figured out how to make it so that I think it's pretty good. Join me!
