What you will need for this exercise
A heavy or training racket
Normal racket
20 shuttlecocks
A wall to drive against

We are going to do 20 sets of wall driving, each lasting 30 seconds, with a 30 seconds break in between.

I recommend doing this 3 times per week if you really want to improve on your defence. If 30 seconds is too easy, try increasing it to 10 seconds until it becomes tough. Remember! The quality of each set counts too! So keep training hard everyone!

P.S I got injured at the 17th set so I couldn't finish the entire exercises with you. I really tried!
