In today's video, Coach Steve Celi shows you the PERFECT way to get your first dunk! You'll learn exactly how high you need to be able to dunk for the first time as well as how to throw the perfect lob bounce (or have a teammate do so) in order to get your first dunk!
If you can't quite jump as high as necessary to dunk, do not worry- start on a LOWER rim, and start working your way up to higher heights until you dunk for the first time!
