How to Adjust and Tune the LongMill MK2 48x30 for Peak Performance and prevent movement issues

In this tutorial video, using clips from our 48x30 Assembly video, Andy will assemble and tune components that are commonly done incorrectly. If you are experiencing issues with machine movement, crashing or improper cutting, this video will help correct common assembly errors. Please note, that some of these components will change slightly but assembly and tuning will remain the same.

In current development, the EX motor couplers for the T12 leadscrews have been redesigned so not as much force is needed to ensure proper tightness.
