How to cook easy Beef Salpicao | A viand or an appetizer?

Beef Salpicao, searing beef in garlic-infused olive oil, simmer to for tender meat (if you use other beef cuts, but for tenderloin, you can skip this one) stir fry with lots and lots of garlic, spices (white pepper, Spanish paprika and cayenne pepper), oyster sauce (or soy sauce) and worcestershire sauce. Add butter and garlic before turning off your gas range make this dish more flavorful.  You can serve this as a viand or an appetizer. Please leave me a comment about your thoughts about it? They said only hard is to pronounce Worcestershire sauce, just kidding.


Beef Salpicao

Tenderloin
Total:  30 minutes
Prep:  10
Cook time: 20 minutes
Yield: 2 servings

Other beef cuts
Total:  1 hour or more
Prep:  10 minutes
Cook time: 50 minutes (depending on your desired tenderness)
Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
250 grams Beef
8 cloves of garlic (sliced)
2 tablespoon olive oil
Dash of White pepper
Salt (optional I did not put salt in this dish because Oyster sauce and butter contains salt)
Dash of Spanish paprika
Dash of Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tablespoon Butter
¼ cup or more water for simmering if you are using other cuts of beef

Procedure:
-Preheat the pan
-Pour the olive oil
-Saute garlic until golden brown
-Removed all the sauteed garlic from the pan
-Searing the meat until light brown
-Do not mix your meat until it is golden brown on one side
-Searing both sides of the meat
-(if you are not using tenderloin  add water and simmer your meat until your desired tenderness)
-When your pan has no liquid
-Stirfry your beef with
-Put the white pepper, Spanish paprika and cayenne pepper
-Mix it well
-Then add your oyster sauce
-Then add your oyster sauce, do not mix it just let the evaporates for few seconds
WHY? Worcestershire contains vinegar that will give you a different flavor when mixing it before it releases its first evaporate (I called the sizzling smoke evaporate)
-Add butter and sauteed garlic
-Serve it with more garlic as your garnish
