Join me for a morning pilates workout with the mini ball. This workout will increase your core strength and stability, tone the pelvic floor muscle, strenghten hips and glutes as well as give you a full body workout. Using the ball we will work through the whole body to both strengthen and stretch the muscles whilst adding a layer of stability to each movement to really help you focus on your pilates. and getting the most out of your practice.
