Hey everyone! Welcome back to the channel. I'm super excited to announce a new series that will document my journey training for the Mighty Moraine Olympic distance triathlon, which is just 7 weeks away! 🏊🚴🏃

In this first episode, I share why I decided to take on this challenge after completing an Ironman a couple of months ago. I'm focusing on speed and improving my performance across all three disciplines: swimming, cycling, and running.

Today's video gives you a sneak peek into a full day of my triathlon training. I start my day with some work, then hit the pool for a 1600-meter swim, followed by a bike ride on a hilly route to test my endurance and handling.
