Chad provides a lesson on Aromaticity and covers how to identify Aromatic, Antiaromatic, and Nonaromatic compounds in this lesson.  Chad begins by identifying the four criteria of aromatic compounds, how benzene satisfies these four criteria, and then how to identify antiaromatic and nonaromatic compounds as well.  He then provides 13 different examples and identifies them all as aromatic, antiaromatic, and nonaromatic.  He also clearly spells out how to tell when a lone pair of nonbonding electrons is part of the aromatic pi system and when it is not.  Finally, he also provides two examples of larger rings, one that should be identified as not being planar and therefore nonaromatic (cyclooctatetraene) and one that can adopt a planar conformation and turns out to be aromatic ([14]annulene).
