Ivanivka in Chernihiv region is one of the villages in northern Ukraine that is slowly reclaiming a sense of normal life after Russian troops were forced to retreat from the region six months ago. While young volunteers from Kyiv and Kharkiv get together to repair the houses of the locals, the Ukrainian troops keep vigilant as the threat from the Russian military stationed in neighboring Belarus is still looming.
