russian propaganda is based on symbols. The Crimean Bridge for them is a symbol of the strength of power, power of the russian state.

But the Crimean Bridge is an unlawful construction on Ukraine’s territory. It is a totally legitimate target for Security Service of Ukraine, in line with the Geneva Convention, international law, applicable legislation, customs and traditions of war.

"They told the whole world that it was the most protected bridge... With our successful fire damage to the Crimean Bridge, we debunked the myth about russia’s invincibility. It’s a fake country", said the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Lieutenant General Vasyl Maliuk.

The SSU’s special operation to hit the bridge with Sea Baby naval drones was a real slap in the face for russia. The mission changed the world’s perception of naval operations.

"There are many surprises ahead and not just in relation to the Crimean Bridge. The bridge is doomed", Vasyl Maliuk adds.
