🔔 Korean cabbage eomuk stir-fry. (1T = rice spoon)
300g korean cabbage, 200g eomuk, 25cm green onion, 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper, 1T cooking oil, 1T minced garlic (10g), 2T mirin, 2T soy sauce, 1T oyster sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame seeds

✨ Korean cabbage eomuk stir-fry. (Please refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Rinse the eomuk with hot water.
2. Chop eomuk, Korean cabbage, green onion, Cheongyang pepper, and red pepper.
3. Add 1T cooking oil, 1T minced garlic (10g), and green onion to the pan and fry over high heat for 1 minute.
4. Add korean cabbage and eomuk and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add 2T mirin, 2T soy sauce, 1T oyster sauce, Cheongyang pepper, and red pepper and fry over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
6. Turn off the heat and mix 1T sesame oil and 1T sesame seeds.
