Eating ONLY BISCOFF for 24 Hours!

Hey guys,

Today's video is a fun one, eating only biscoff for a day!

I know before we've done only jammie dodgers and only chocolate - but biscoff is the love of my life!

This video was so fun, and such a great way to challenge  rules around food morality. No food is good or bad and a day of eating like this won't have long lasting effects on my body. Of course, I don't eat like this every day but one day of eating out of routine, having more than usual etc is absolutely fine! And totally normal.
