If you find that your
If you find that your Inokim Quick (or any other electric scooter) is not able to charge, it could be due to several reasons. In this tutorial, we start with the easy troubleshooting steps first.
1. Check if the charger is working. If the charger is plugged into the wall socket and the green LED light comes on, then it should be working fine (most of the time). To be absolutely sure, you can either measure the voltage coming out of the charger head or you can use a spare charger if you have one.
2. Check if the charging port is working. Watch this video to find out if your charging port is the issue.
