1. Mutton 1 kg
2. Curd 800 gm
3. Onion 300-400 gm
4. Cooking oil + clarified butter 120 ml
5. Bay leaves 3
6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
7. Coriander seeds 2 tsp
8. Black cardamom 2
9. Green cardamom 6
10. Black pepper 1 tsp
11. Cloves 8 to 9
12. Mace flower 1
13. Nutmeg small piece
14. Cinnamon stick 2
15. Dry rose petals 1 tsp
16. Ginger garlic paste 4 tsp
17. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
18. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
19. Salt 1 tsp
20. Green cardamom 7 to 8
21. Mace 1/2 flower
22. Cloves 1
23. Nutmeg small piece
24. Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
25. Kewra water 1 tbsp
26. Khoya / Mawa 3 tbsp
27. Green chillies 6 to 7
28. Some Coriander powder
29. Some Sliced almonds
