Mutton 1.200gm
1 onion of paste
fried onions 3 (crushed)
ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Red chillies powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
kashmiri red chillies powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder 1/3 tsp
kachri powder
coriander powder 1 tsp
dry coconut powder 3 tbsp
korma garam Masala powder 1 tsp
coriander leaves some (chopped)
Khoya 3 tbsp
curd 100 gm
kewda water 1/2 tsp
pure ghee 150 gm

whole spices:-
Green Cardamom 8
black pepper 1 tsp
black cardamom 3
bay leaf 3
cloves 5
Mace 1 of flower
Cinnamon sticks 3 Medium size
salt 1 tsp or according to your taste
