Freeze Dried 🤠Cowboy Caviar 🤠 Harvestright Freeze Dryer Recipes

We love this recipe because it is so versatile.  Freeze dried cowboy caviar is a mix of corn, tomatoes, black beans, black eyed peas, avocado etc. that can be used for a chip dip, topping for tacos & enchiladas or just eat it with a spoon!  We also tried freeze drying some tortillas.  We cut them into chips and freeze dried corn tortillas, flour tortillas and wheat tortillas.  They work great with this cowboy caviar if you seal them in a separate pouch in a Mylar bag.  It gives you a meal or snack on the go!  It rehydrates quickly and turns out terrific!
