Evil Supreme Court Judge Threatens Police Captain. Then This Happens

Mango Park District Court Judge Robert Montgomery is having a bad day. After a challenging and frustrating day behind the bench, he gets pulled over by the police on his way home.  When Captain Porter starts questioning him, Judge Montgomery becomes irate.
