Evil Congressman Attempts To Humiliate Black Cop. Then This Happens

Congressman Barry Muller gets stopped by Mango Park police for having an expired tag.  When the officer confronts the congressman, Mr. Muller gets irate and belittles and threatens the officer.  Unable to calm him down, Officer Richardson calls for backup.  When help arrives, Congressman Muller is relieved to see his old friend Officer Kate Adams. Unfortunately, Officer Richardson's body cam was recording their entire altercation.
