Ingredients (6 servings):
- 1 pound of beans, I used fresh but they can be dry (in bag).
- 1 long onion sprig
- 1 carrot
- 1 green platain
- 1 ripe platain (optional)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Cumin (optional)
- Saffron color (optional)
- 2 sausages (optional)
- 1 avocado (optional)
- 2 medium ripe 🍅 tomatoes
- Sprigs of coriander
- ½ round onion
- 1 lb. bacon or pork rinds
- Oil for frying
