艾許奶油圓餅是採用法國艾許Echire奶油製作,是很多米其林三星與世界頂級甜點師御用奶油,他的特色是口感香醇濃郁且化口性佳，直接吃也不會膩口，被譽為塗抹在法棍或任何麵包上都是最好吃的手工發酵奶油,今天就來教大家復刻這款貴婦餅乾,不用排隊在家就能輕鬆做
食譜來源來自馬壯實
材料/ Ingredients
每份材料可作約15片餅乾 每片約25g
1.艾許奶油 120g
2.榛果奶油 30g
3.杏仁粉 40g
4.新小提琴低筋麵粉 120g
5.糖粉 75g
6.蛋黃 36g
7.海鹽 2g
This recipe yields
approximately 15 cookies per batch
1.Échiré Butter 120g
2.caramelized butter 30g
3.Almond flour 40g
4.Torikoshi – Violin" cake flour 120g
5.Powdered sugar 75g
6.Egg yolk 36g
7.Sea salt 2g
