The owner of a hardware store captured on camera what he believes to be a drunk traffic official, who stumbled into his store in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga a week ago. The spokesperson for the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison said an internal investigation is underway.
