SANGRIA:

INGREDIENTS: Makes Approx 4.5 Cups
500g Unsalted Soft but Cold Butter
1 Can (400g approx) Sweetened Condensed Milk

Wine Reduction;
NB: this gets reduced by half then you only need to use 1/4 cup in the buttercream. Add a bit more if you like.
2 Cups Red Wine (Use one you enjoy drinking!)
1/4 Cup Sugar

MOJITO

INGREDIENTS: Makes Approx 4.5 Cups

MOJITO CURD:
1.5 Cups Sugar
4 Whole Large Eggs
Juice of 4 Limes
20-50 mL Bacardi depending on taste (Optional)
Pinch of Salt
6 Mint Leaves (more or less)
115g Unsalted Butter

MOJITO CONDENSED MILK BUTTERCREAM:
½ Cup chilled Mojito Curd
500g Softened unsalted butter
400g Can (or close) Sweetened Condensed Milk Buttercream
AmeriColor Electric Green Gel (or other Green Gel) – Optional
