Super Aggressive Exhaust Tone. If you're after raw, undisturbed V8 sound, then look no further than this SLP Loudmouth Axle-Back. Completing eliminating the mufflers, this straight-through axle-back will turn the sedated sound of your 2011-2014 Mustang GT/GT500 into a ferocious, ripping and roaring machine. On top of the intimidating sound, the lack of mufflers also means there is now less restriction in the system, meaning you'll pick up some power as well. You can expect a small 5-10 horsepower gain and the same value in torque. This is an ideal system for 2011-2014 5.0L Mustang owners who want to have their Pony heard long before it is visible.
3" Piping. SLP uses 409 grade stainless steel that is precision bent using a mandrel to maintain smooth and consistent radii. With a 3" diameter, this is a step up from the factory system and will help to produce a deeper exhaust note. 4" double-walled exhaust tips, polished to a sparkling shine, finish off the Loudmouth Axle-Back and look great in position in the rear valence.
Direct Fit Upgrade. The SLP Loudmouth Axle-Back is a direct bolt-on upgrade for your 2011-2014 Mustang GT. This means there is no cutting or welding necessary and will mount to the factory mid-pipes using the included high-strength band clamps. Total time getting your Mustang rigged with this Axle-Back will be right around an hour.
