Mango and Cheese Ice Cream
Mango and Cheese Ice Cream l Mango Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
4 pcs Large Ripe Mangoes ----------------------------------P180.00
2 pack(250ml each) All-Purpose Cream-------------------P 49.90
1 can (390g) Condensed Milk -------------------------------P 30.00
1/2 Bar Cheese, cut into small cubes ----------------------P 24.50
Procedure
1. Cut 3 pieces ripes mango and scoop the flesh. Put in a blender and processed until smooth and set aside. Then cut 1 piece of ripe mango and half bar of cheese into cubes for the ice cream mixture and toppings.
2. Beat 2 pack of chilled all-purpose cream in a bowl over high speed until it double in volume. Add 1 can condensed milk. Beat until condensed milk is well incorporated into cream. Add mango puree. Beat again until well combined. Then mix in cheese cubes and mango cubes using spatula. Pour into a container. Even the surface. Top with mango and cheese cubes. Cover with plastic wrap or foil. Freeze overnight or at least 8 hours.
