Ingredients:

FOR MARINATION:

500 g chicken
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder


FOR CHICKEN MASALA:

3 medium size onions
4 medium size tomatoes
1+1 ginger garlic paste+3 green chilies
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
2 tbsp cream or  malai (optional)
3-4 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp coriander   powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chat masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
less than 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp kasmiri red chili powder
4-5 tbsp oil or ghee
