1/2 kg chicken
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder or as per taste
1 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder ( optional )
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder

2 onions fine chopped ( 150 g )
10 black pepper corn
4 cloves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 mace
1 black cardamom seeds
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
Very small piece of nutmeg
6 green cardamom

1/2 tsp kewra water ( optional )
1/2 cup makhane ( optional )
1 tbsp coconut powder
8-10 almonds
8-10 broken cashews ( 4-5 whole )
1/3 cup ghee
1/3 cup oil
