Today's Total Body workout will scorch calories and build muscle.  We have lots of Compound moves to work arms, legs and core.  This also keeps the heart rate elevated so your increasing endurance and making your heart stronger as well. You will also see some cardio moves sprinkled in as well.

We have 4 blocks, 4 moves, 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest with 2 rounds. After that we take a deep breath and go into the burpee beep test to really challenge your physically and mentally.  And to completely finish you off we have abs with weights!
You will need a variety of weights, a mat and plenty of water!  Let's finish this!  Do your BEST!
