Hi everyone, I'm Eileen. In this video, I shared the luxury items I won't buy this year. Yes, quite a few of them are Hermes! I still really appreciate good craftsmanship and nice things, but I'm also a lot more intentional with how I shop now. After taking on minimalism, I've been regularly decluttering my collection (designer bags, shoes, fine jewelry, you name it). On top of it, I've also been downsizing my luxury wish list. Some of the items I mention are the IT or trending items on social media, but they're just not for me. After a lot of failed luxury purchases, I've now learnt the 'best investment pieces' are simply those I use and wear the most. If doesn't matter if Vogue says a Chanel classic flap is the must-have bag, if it doesn't go with your closet, then it's just expensive clutter. I hope this video will inspire you to curate your wish list too, because sometimes all we need is less xx

It doesn't matter an Hermes Birkin bag is hard to get, if it doesn't work for you, then it's hard an investment piece.
