If you've been wanting an Hermes Kelly, Birkin, or Constance, you know the process is not exactly straightforward. In fact, it can be frustrating if you're only interested those popular Hermes bags, and nothing else from this luxury brand. I want to clarify that I've always received the most pleasant customer service at Hermes, and that my sale associate is the sweetest person ever.
